Inner West Psychiatric

Do you offer telehealth appointments only?

Yes. All appointments at Inner West Psychiatry are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions. Patients must be physically located in the states where services are currently offered at the time of their appointment.

You can request an appointment through our online portal or by completing the contact form on this website. Once your request is reviewed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete intake forms and schedule your first visit.

Inner West Psychiatry focuses on safe, evidence-based treatment approaches that do not routinely involve controlled substances. Many patients experience meaningful improvement in anxiety, depression, ADHD, or mood-related symptoms through non-controlled medications and therapy-informed care.

Your initial appointment is a 40-minute comprehensive evaluation focused on understanding your concerns, medical and mental health history, and treatment goals. Together, we’ll develop a personalized care plan that may include medication management, therapy coordination, and lifestyle recommendations.

Follow-up frequency varies depending on your needs and treatment plan. Most patients are seen every 2–4 weeks initially, with appointments spaced further apart once symptoms are stable. Longer visits may be scheduled when clinically appropriate.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards, through our secure patient portal.

Inner West Psychiatry does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. You may also contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7.

Yes. Many patients transition care from previous psychiatrists or primary care providers. Bringing prior medical records or a current medication list to your first appointment helps ensure a smooth transition.

At this time, Inner West Psychiatry provides care only to patients who are physically located in Missouri at the time of their appointment. We plan to expand services to additional states in the future.
